<p class="MsoNormal">Jyoti has provided some samples I brought back from Missoula yesterday. Please review the project request he submitted. The basic idea is that we want to test oligomerization as a function of buffer. He provided several buffers at different
pH values and the hypothesis is that the protein dimerizes differently as a function of pH.<o:p></o:p></p>

Since the samples unfortunately thawed due to a shipping delay in Memphis, we don't want to refreeze the samples and instead run the project as soon as possible.<o:p></o:p></p>
