[Demelerlab] Jacob Albright experiments

Hello,

I was thinking on Monday we could start Jacob's experiments. These will density matching experiments which would be great for Aysha and Reece to learn for future experiments; of course, everyone else is welcome as well. However, the preparation of the samples won't be much different from what is done with typical AUC experiments, as these are already prepared in the D2O. What will be different will be the density matching analysis, which we can all do over Zoom again, possibly on Wednesday.

I have attached the manuscript that Bo and I published on density matching experiments.

Would start to prepare the samples around 10:00 am work?
