Thank you for registering for the Summer Research Showcase Celebration! This email is to confirm that we have received your registration.



The showcase will take place on Thursday August 17 from 6:30 PM-9:00 PM at the Science Commons Atrium. Please find attached an updated event program for your reference.



Celebrating your hard work:

  *   Throughout the evening, we plan to highlight and celebrate all those in attendance through a rotating slideshow.
  *   Please submit a brief project description (150 words max) that is catered towards the general public, as well as a picture of yourself (or an action shot of your research) for the slideshow: https://forms.gle/ftrtu2V3jN67JWvr5
  *   Please complete this form by Monday, July 24 at 4:00 pm at the latest.



Poster printing and set up:

  *   It is recommended that you have your posters sent to be printed by August 8.

  *   You will receive an email closer to August 17 containing details on where you can set up your posters in the Atrium.
  *   Please have your posters set up by 6 PM on August 17 at the latest!





In summary:

  *   Please submit your project description and picture by July 24th
  *   Ensure that you have optimal time to get your posters printed. We recommend sending them to be printed by August 8.
  *   Set up your poster for the showcase by 6 PM on August 17 at the latest.
