[Demelerlab] usiab access for uslims3_AUCCANADA

Everyone:
Emre added a configuration that allows us to access the our own cluster
(usiab0) to do calculations on our LIMS server. All of you have user level
3, which means you can add it to your own account. On the AUCCANADA LIMS
instance, the server is called "demeler9-local", so just select that, it is
the same thing as usiab0 on the CCH LIMS instance. To add it, go to the
"Admin:Edit User" link and find yourself in the database and update your
account. Let me know if you have any questions.
