[Demelerlab] AUC analysis of proteins A+B, and their interactions with small molecules 1+2

Hello Mark and Masoud,
We completed the AUC analysis of your samples and attached a report for
your records. Additional details can be found in the "Reports" section in
your LIMS account, and in the "Supporting Files" section. Briefly, an
overlay of diffusion corrected integral sedimentation profiles indicates
the absence of complex formation between proteins A and B when they are
mixed with molecules 1 or 2. We have some hypotheses as to why there was no
binding observed, primarily unequal molar ratios and perhaps
misfolded/aggregated protein A could be the problem. I have some ideas on
how we could troubleshoot your system further.
