[Demelerlab] AUC Simulations

Last night I ran the final test with all changes incorporated from Saeed
and Alexey, and everything passed with flying colors. Thanks to both Saeed
and Alexey for getting us to this point!.

We can now start with the simulations for AAV. Before we do, please use
Haben's worksheet for the parameters to be updated based on Sigang's
determined noise levels. Sigang, please figure out what the noise levels
should be so the TI noise, RI noise and random noise (RMSD) will all fall
within the measured value range. Please let us know when you have these
measurements done. Then we will process test 1.

I was using An60Ti 18U919 with calibration "11-Sept-24 Sophia" and the
lysozyme_sp.xml file I sent earlier.
