[FDS] May 21st meeting summary and action items

Thanks everyone for your participation and insights today. I felt we made a
lot of progress, and good points were raised!

As promised, I have created a shared folder where we can deposit documents
related to our discussions.

FDS mailing list, who are all bound by the NDA)

You should be able to access the folder and everything inside of it by
following this link. Feel free to upload new documents, drawings, etc. to
this folder as well. I have started a document "Features and Specs" where
we could add to our lists of must-haves and nice-to-haves, please add and
edit as you see fit. I also started a link aggregator where you can link to
external documents. The first one is a link to today's Zoom call recording

Everyone should be able to edit the contents, and add new files to it, let
me know if you have any issues with access.

Later on, we can use this folder also for depositing draft documents for
the NSERC grant.
