[USLIMS-CA] Complete - UltraScan LIMS maintenance this weekend

Dear LIMS users,

All upgrades have been completed and services are restored.

N.B. users of databases other than the CCH database have been moved to 
uslims-ca.uleth.ca
Please use that website and update your GUI preferences -> Database 
preferences
to reflect the new URL (uslims-ca.uleth.ca). Your passwords should 
remain the same.
