Everyone,
here is another summary of the presentations:

Every student will do a presentation of one manuscript (either from Prof.
Brookes or one of those listed under my name in the download archive).
Everyone needs to read all of the selected papers (12 total) and have 2
questions ready the night before (5 pm at the latest) for the papers to be
presented, and send them to me or Prof. Brookes so we can assemble them
and sort out duplicate questions. These questions will be asked after the
presentation. The presentations will be 4 per lecture, with about 12
minutes for the presentation and 6 minutes for questions and answers. The
questions will be posed to the presenter, and followed up by the instructor.

Before selecting a manuscript from the list, please check the presentation
assignment list
<https://hydrodynamics.uleth.ca/Presentation-Assignment-List.html>, and
make sure the paper you want to present is not already selected. Use the
reading week (next week) to review the papers and find one you like. Send
me or Prof. Brookes your selection. If you are the first one to select it,
I will add you to the presentation list. If I do not get a selection from
you in time for the presentation session, I will randomly pick someone, and
a manuscript, and assign it to whoever, otherwise it is first come, first
serve.

Let me know if you have any questions.
