Some tips for fitting the spectral files:
You will need a good fit for your next step, which is the deconvolution of
your multi-wavelength AUC experiment. To make sure you have a good fit,
your variance should be on the order of 10E-6 after your fit converges.
This number is shown in the fitting dialog.

The other thing you need to make sure of is the range of wavelengths and
maximum OD are applied:

1. set lower wavelength to 240 nm
2. set upper wavelength to 295 nm
3. set OD limit to 1.0, and set the extinction coefficient for the right
wavelength
4. click "Update Data plot"
5. perform the fit.
6. if all looks good, save the fitted DNA and BSA spectra, naming the file
under "Associate with Run". By default, this field is set to "Simulation".
Change the file name to either DNA or BSA.

Let me know if you have any questions. -Borries
