Great, thank you Jyoti! That should be more than sufficient to do all of
the experiments. When I get back to Lethbridge we will schedule a zoom call
with the rest of the lab so everyone is on the same page, and then we can
discuss further details and confirm our experimental designs. One more
question: is the sample stable at 4C, or must it be stored at -80 or -20C?
Can it be at 4C (on ice) while driving back to Canada - about 6 hours?
