Perfect, I reviewed the project request and I have most of the information
I need to design the experiment. I was wondering if you could add a
representative TEM image by uploading it in your LIMS account
under "Supporting Files" (button in the left bar). You can associate it
with your project request. Also, if you know the expected range of
particle sizes in nanometers that would help as well to predict the most
suitable rotor speed, and would save some experimentation time. If you
happen to have an absorbance spectrum down to 220 nm or so of a very dilute
sample, you can upload that as well.
As soon as I have approval from Nick to proceed, Sophia in our lab will
send you shipping instructions. Please include at least 15 ml of buffer for
these samples for dilutions.
Thanks! -Borries
